The Annual Lee Carnival at your school was on this day! We were lucky enough to get there early to beat the line getting our tickets to ride and play games.  It was hot and standing in the line even for 5 minutes was pretty brutal so I’m glad we were first. You were super excited seeing all the games, big slides and bouncy houses.  Proud moment of the day was when random people/teachers were coming up to us mentioning how cute and fun you were and wishing that you were in their class! I’m always down to taking you to places that have the opportunity of you having a good time.

Book Reading and Read-a-thon week!

 

I took you out to eat and celebrate and while coloring  your kids menu you break into deep thought and tell me that  you want to “snap-chat”.

You have been such a fun and loving little girl lately.  I love the growth of your thoughts and imagination and how your little stories  bring so much humor and color to our everyday conversations. Your energy brings me youth that I need to succumb life as a boring adult. 🙂

On a side note – This week I have been really impressed with your reading and writing skills.  You are able to focus, sound them out and put it all together. I was super surprised and am happy for your progress. I love you!

I just love seeing you smile and being happy.  Your health and happiness is all I’ll ever need, ask and pray for.

 

Time is valuable and has wings.  I never want to take our time together for granted and will try my best to never have any wasted opportunities.  You are growing so fast under our eyes and all I wish is to provide you all the support possible and just be there for you as much as I can. I count every day as a blessing and love every moment I have to share with you.

 

 

 

 

 

I can remember a long time ago before you were born catching a little girl sitting in a cart at Costco singing  Disney tunes.  It was so endearing and heartwarming that it made me hope that someday I could hear and share those types of moments with a child of my own. I cherish every single moment hearing you talk, play and sing.
