So this past weekend you participated in the kidz love soccer program.  You were nervous, super shy and didn’t want to come out of your shell.  Daddy and Mommy are super proud of you for wanting to go back for another attempt.  We love you with all our hearts and know your confidence and self esteem will grow with time.

I was sick and was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get the most out of my weekend with you.  I was pretty weak and the meds took the life out of me.  I fought through it and tried to make it as fun as I could with the little energy that I had.  You were your usual self and showed me so much love.  You helped with all the chores and cooking of the meals, and also helped tucked me in at night. 🙂 You are such a sweet and loving person! Thinking I was asleep you made sure the blanket was on top of me and also gave me a quick squeeze that almost made me tear. I love you so much.  Your good behavior earned some good dessert and trip to the store to get a small toy.  You were very appreciative and gave me a big hug to say thank you.  On our way home, you mentioned that you love me and that it’s important to not only love one person, but to love everyone in our family as well.   I can’t wait to make up for a “slow” weekend. See you soon.

Took you to Dave & Busters without much thought after dinner.  You ran to me, smiling from ear to ear and said, “Mama! I love you so much for bringing me here!”  You gave me a quick hug and off you went!  You are such a sweet kid.  Not only do you know how to feel joy and gratitude even in the smallest of things, you know how to express and share it.  Keep feeling and sharing your joy and gratitude with the world, baby!  We learn from you everyday.

Looks like you had a fun filled day with mommy. Lunch, movie and shopping!!

Small token, huge appreciation.

Love is wanting more for someone than they want for themselves.
You think you know how much you can love another person, and then you have a child. And then you realize, you didn’t know.
While I try to teach you all about life, you help teach me what life is all about.
Time will tell how much I love you.

As they say a picture has a thousand words. This one a perfect example.  A time to where we carried a heavy heart and needed a lot of strength.  The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another. You were the toughest of us all and showed us how to be a strong and joyful individual in time of need. 🙂

These are the types of moments that ill never truly experience with you being a girl and all.  Its super cute and love seeing you girls being girls. 🙂

On this day you all went to the Anaheim Skate Rink.  At times i feel a little jealous that I cant experience it with you, but nevertheless it still makes me VERY happy seeing you enjoying yourself and having fun with your mama.
