I took you out to eat and celebrate and while coloring your kids menu you break into deep thought and tell me that you want to “snap-chat”.
You have been such a fun and loving little girl lately. I love the growth of your thoughts and imagination and how your little stories bring so much humor and color to our everyday conversations. Your energy brings me youth that I need to succumb life as a boring adult. 🙂
On a side note – This week I have been really impressed with your reading and writing skills. You are able to focus, sound them out and put it all together. I was super surprised and am happy for your progress. I love you!

You think you know how much you can love another person, and then you have a child. And then you realize, you didn’t know.
While I try to teach you all about life, you help teach me what life is all about.
Time will tell how much I love you.
As they say a picture has a thousand words. This one a perfect example. A time to where we carried a heavy heart and needed a lot of strength. The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another. You were the toughest of us all and showed us how to be a strong and joyful individual in time of need. 🙂

On this day you all went to the Anaheim Skate Rink. At times i feel a little jealous that I cant experience it with you, but nevertheless it still makes me VERY happy seeing you enjoying yourself and having fun with your mama.

Time is valuable and has wings. I never want to take our time together for granted and will try my best to never have any wasted opportunities. You are growing so fast under our eyes and all I wish is to provide you all the support possible and just be there for you as much as I can. I can remember a long time ago before you were born catching a little girl sitting in a cart at Costco singing Disney tunes. It was so endearing and heartwarming that it made me hope that someday I could hear and share those types of moments with a child of my own. I cherish every single moment hearing you talk, play and sing.

Halloween – Mal from Descendants
First year in a new neighborhood. You were a little disappointed because the last few years have always been with Gavin and other kids. We were in a bit of a scramble trying to figure out what to do but I think at the very least we found a decent neighborhood in Rossmoor. I’m happy we went and that you got to go house to house even if was for only a short amount of time. Looking back I feel that was why you were acting mopey and sad during our time at the Cypress Halloween Festival. You have a hard time communicating your frustration and feelings.. I guess just like daddy…
Jersey day
On this sad day, I realized you do not have proper representation for our favored teams. We represent LA… and Toronto 🙂 I have now been shopping for your new Jerseys so that this day will not happen again.
